• Bachelors/ MBA with HRM preferred, with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Health Care Industry. 
• Previous experience in human resources function mainly handling of HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development in a reputed organization preferably in hospitality industry.
• Management Graduates, Preference will be given to those having few years of experience
• Self-motivated, committed and hungry to generate sales leads, applies full effort to close business in pipeline and eager to meet given sales target
• Follows Sales KPIs and set processes focusing on Efforts
• Excellent Communication and Inter-Personal skills
• Team Performer, self motivated and determined to go extra mile to generate potential leads and close business
• Must possess a 2-wheeler (Motorbike or Scooter) riding license
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade others on sensitive issues
• Good knowledge of Human Resource Information System/Software
