Minimum Qualification:               Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Preference will be given to candidates having completed Master’s Degree.

Minimum Experience:                  Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor for O1, 3 years of experience as Supervisor for O2 and 2 years of experience as Officer for O3 in financial institution is required.

Required Knowledge & Skill:     Should be acquainted with overall banking functionalities, well versed with prevailing laws, rules and acts related to banking operations. They should possess work experience related to formulation of short term and long term business/strategic plans and capacity to oversee the assigned working unit.

For Job Level:                                    O4 – Branch Operations [1]

Job Location:                                     Kathmandu

Minimum Qualification:               Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Preference will be given to candidates having completed Master’s Degree.

Minimum Experience:                  Minimum 3 years of experience as an Officer in Operations Department of a Commercial Bank and total years of working experience at a Commercial Bank- 5 to 6 years.

Required Knowledge & Skill:     Should possess expert knowledge on entire operations related functions of a Commercial Bank and well versed with NRB Directives, prevailing laws/policies related to operations and AML/KYC. They should possess excellent coordination skills to synchronize the activities/ operations of various branches.

For Job Level:                                    O4 – Administration [1]

Job Location:                                     Kathmandu

Minimum Qualification:               Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Management. Preference will be given to candidates having completed Masters Degree.

Minimum Experience:                  Minimum 3 years of experience as an Officer in Administration Department of a Commercial Bank.

Required Knowledge & Skill:     Should be well versed with procurement, asset/resource management, logistics management, general administrative functions and have work experience related to formulation of yearly administrative budget and cost control strategies. They should possess excellent business communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to deal with the vendor, other related stakeholders and ability to oversee the assigned department.
