Job Description

MetLife is looking for a candidate in the Officer in General Services under Operations function.

Requirement:

  • Master in Business Administration / Master in Business Studies. Preference for specialization in Management
  • Capable to accomplish time-bound projects/reports and deliver the targeted results
  • Fair knowledge of preparing operational budget, cost control initiatives and optimize automation
  • Work experience of 2-3 years in the areas of management and general services administration
  • Fair knowledge of Laws, Act and Regulations prevalent to life insurance industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Nepali
  • Fair knowledge of Email, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong motivating instincts with team leading talent and capable of handling third-party vendors, clients
  • Self-starter, energetic, well-disciplined and efficient to develop good public relation
