Officer – Bancassurance Unit (Non Life Business)

This Position is responsible for managing Non-Life Insurance Business of the Bank and reports to Manager – Bancassurance.

Job Purpose: 

  • The incumbent will be responsible for delivering Non Life insurance revenue targets through multiple branch operations and coordination with Non Life Insurance Companies and ensures highest standards of quality of business. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully following the Non Life Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) relating to Non-Life Business.
  • Maximize efforts to solicit Non Life Insurance business from various types of customers, such as Corporate, Retail, SME and Personal loans. 
  • Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the Bank.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business related field, with a minimum of 2 Years experience in Customer Service and Process Oriented functions. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven, independent minded and goal-oriented.
