Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist the management team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Travel within and outside the valley for official assignments (short-term travel as needed).
Assist the manager.
Respond and keep track of clients’ inquiries on social media platforms.
Book appointments for lawyers and manage lawyers' calendars.
Organize meetings and events.
Receive calls from clients in Australia and Nepal.
Welcome and greet clients by offering water, tea or coffee as required.
Scanning the documents, naming documents and data entry information and documents into the CRM system.
Coordinate with the auditors to lodge VAT, Annual Tax, and any relevant accounting compliance.
Prepare expenses and revenue report by documenting and inputting attorney billable items and reimbursable expenses, preparing invoices and tracking payments.
Recording daily financial transactions like sales, purchases, payments received, and expenses into accounting software and the company database.
Collecting and matching bank statements to recorded transactions to verify accuracy.
Assist the Counselor with applications and documentation for college admission and visa processing.
Assist paralegals in external work such as Training Plan, Working Hours Calculations and so on.
Collect, verify, and organize client documents as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure all submissions meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and legal entities to process client applications.
Manage the overall visa processing and college admission for students applying to Australia, Canada, UK, USA and NZ.
Regularly inform students about their visa application status and address any concerns.
Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all client documentation, including academic records, visa applications, client visits and correspondence.

At least having two-wheelers or license is a bonus
