NIME Education is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretaries to join our team. As a mid-level professional, the ideal candidate is required to have at least 1 year of experience in the Secretarial Position, possibly in the same field. The Office Secretaries will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities as Secretaries at Different Sections
NOTE: Secretaries are required for our Front Office, Account and Documentation Sections separately. Different Individuals with their specific interests in Front Desk Handling, Assisting in the Account Section, and the Documentation Section are required to apply with their specific interest.
