Job Overview:

The Operations Assistant will handle essential tasks to support the smooth operation of the company, focusing on office operations. In addition, the role includes client relationship management to foster trust and collaboration. This position is ideal for someone organized, adaptable, and eager to grow with a small but dynamic IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including documentation and organizing day-to-day logistics.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other materials for client outreach. Client outre
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding/ offboarding process.
  • Maintain basic employee records, including attendance, salary and leave tracking.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with financial records for accountants or audits.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain a hygienic office working environment.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a coordination, administrative, or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
