About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office operations executive to assist in managing office operations, expenses, and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business administration, HR, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records of office assets and operational processes.

Expense Management & Budgeting

  • Track office expenses and maintain financial records.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports, budget planning, and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing office essentials and negotiating contracts.

Hiring & HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support in managing meetings, schedules, and communications.
  • Coordinate with different departments for workflow alignment.
  • Handle official correspondence and ensure smooth internal communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of office administration, finance, or HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Salary: Ranges from 15k - 20k (Depends on skills)
