Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled, and proactive Account And Admin Officer who can take full ownership of both the financial and administrative functions of our company. This is a holistic role requiring someone who can balance accounting responsibilities with smooth office management - from daily entries to utility payments, staff coordination to supply procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Daily data entry and transaction recording in accounting software.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and bills.
  • Manage bank transactions and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with banks and auditors.
  • Maintain and organize all financial records and vouchers.
  • Track payables, receivables, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Manage petty cash and expense reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.

Office & Administrative Operations:

  • Handle general office management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage HR-related tasks: post job vacancies, handle preliminary screening, and prepare offer letters.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Calculate monthly salaries and oversee salary disbursements.
  • Serve as the main contact point for staff queries and coordination.
  • Oversee procurement of office essentials (stationery, coffee, cleaning & hygiene products, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain office devices and coordinate any repairs or replacements.
  • Keep track of office assets and make regular utility bill payments.
  • Lock/open the office when required and ensure a safe and orderly environment.
