Clickon International is seeking an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to manage B2B credit accounts and ensure effective credit policies are upheld. This mid-level role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow, supporting the sales team, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, including limits, terms, and approvals
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately and on time
Conduct credit risk assessments and recommend credit terms for customers
Maintain and update credit records and customer files
Negotiate payment plans and follow up on overdue accounts
Partner with the sales team to resolve credit issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Handle credit-related inquiries and disputes
Prepare and present credit reports to management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA in Finance.
Up to 1 years of credit control experience, ideally in a B2B sales environment
Must have excellent communication skills in Hindi, Nepali, and English.
Attention to detail with the ability to interpret financial data
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
