At least 5 years of experience in engineering field in building construction, steel structural works
must be exposed to managerial level for 3-4 years
Must be skilled with project coronation of management
Must be open to growth & development of the office
Have an outstanding, good interpersonal and communicational skills
Good presentation and leadership skills, sound health condition, pleasant personality, strong initiative
Knowledge of MS office packages and other technical software
Excellent in English written and spoken
Will be preferred to the candidates who have completed MBA along with B.E.

To manage and supervise employees
To execute day to day office work including correspondence to maintain organizational discipline and efficiency
To manage and check different projects as assigned
To implement different development plans
To ensure full utilization of technical resources for optimum efficiency
To be in-charge of purchasing and allocating services and technology-related materials and equipments
To introduce different manufacturing new products and technologies, and ways to expand business.
