Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support the operational and administrative functions of our Education Technology firm. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage scheduling, including meetings and appointments for team members.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Support project management tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in customer service inquiries and support.
