Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Planning and preparing schedule for finishing work within deadlines
Ensuring efficiency of the piping system
Coordinate, review and assess contract submittals
Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards
Administer contractor’s work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents
Inspect work sites, monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans
Ensuring that the job progresses as per schedule
Showing good leadership skills while in the field
Meeting with planners, architects and planners in order to discuss plans and clarify installation process
Implementing and ensuring safety measures in the place of work
Prepare estimates of the piping work
Document various stages of development of the project
May have to make regular presentations regarding the progress of work

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

For Road and Pipeline

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Pipeline and Road
Working knowledge and experience in DI/HDP
Working knowledge of ASPHALT and DBST
Must have knowledge of AUTOCAD
Excellent Map Reading skills
Complete knowledge of MS OFFICE
Excellent Documentation skills
Good Accounting Skills
