Blue Dolphin Enterprises is looking for a responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and well-mannered Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing general office and operational support, including delivery and collection of materials, banking and courier-related work, loading and unloading of goods, store and inventory handling, office errands, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office and store. The candidate will also assist the sales, service, accounts, and administration teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect genset, spare parts, lubricants, documents and other materials from customers, suppliers and other locations.
Handle banking-related works, including depositing/collecting documents, cheques and other official materials.
Perform loading and unloading of materials and equipment safely and carefully.
Assist in store management, including receiving, arranging, organizing and issuing materials.
Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the office, warehouse and store area.
Check and organize materials received from suppliers.
Assist in packing and preparing materials for delivery to customers.
Support technicians and sales staff in moving and handling required tools, spare parts and equipment.
Handle courier, document delivery, and collection activities.
Purchase and collect office/store supplies when required.
Serve tea, coffee and water to staff and visitors when required.
Assist different departments with day-to-day operational tasks.
Ensure proper care and safe handling of company materials, tools and equipment.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

SEE / +2 or equivalent
Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading and material handling.
Honest, responsible and hardworking.
Punctual and disciplined.
Willing to travel within Kathmandu Valley for deliveries, banking and other official work.
Basic knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes will be an advantage.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Previous experience in office support, store, delivery or warehouse work will be an advantage.
Freshers with willingness to work and learn may also apply.
