Job Description

The Office Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This entry-level position is ideal for fresher candidates seeking to start their career in a dynamic and growing organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain the office calendar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with preparing and sending out correspondence
  • Maintain and update client database systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording receipts and expenses
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
