IBB Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (IBBEC) is looking for an Office Assistant to join our office in Balaju. In this role, the person will play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. The person will also get the chance to interact with various clients and colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep track of office supplies and renew stock when necessary.
Visit banks and clients when necessary.
Travel to sites when required and perform surveys/measurements, take note of site location and coordinates and take pictures.
Send and receive, and keep track of, emails and attachments to and from customers and clients.
Keep track of client details & documents, and requests from banks.
Keep track of payment details, follow up with clients for matters relating to payment and documents, and visit clients to receive documents & payments when and if necessary.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Education Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

High School Diploma
At least 1 year of prior experience in a professional setting
Prior experience with emails.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
A two-wheeler driving license.

Desirable:

Bachelors in Civil Engineering
Prior experience with field measurements/surveying.
A four-wheeler driving license.

Remuneration:

Remuneration is based on company policy and includes provisions for bonuses, paid and unpaid leaves.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Organized, cheerful and dependable.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Well-developed personal organization and priority setting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management and PowerPoint design.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English is an advantage.
Ability to interact effectively with officials in other companies and clients.
Ability to function independently.
Ability to travel outside Kathmandu Valley for field visits when and if necessary.
Respect and practice organizational values and work with professional integrity.
Ability to communicate with clients and customers clearly and to take notes on important matters.
