Responsibilities:

• Handle customer query and take orders from social media 
• Prepare invoice and Process the orders to logistic team for timely delivery 
• Maintain daily sales in the system
• Follow up with customer to solve any query and feedback collection.
• Create marketing campaign as per the need 
• Coordinate with the production unit for proper maintenance of stock 
• Check the quality of finished goods and inform production unit if there is any fault.
