Job Description

Work efficiently with busy accounting software and file tax reports
Manage office Administration
Capable of handling CRM software
Register office expenses in computer software
Prepare bills and invoices
Respond to email and phone calls
Help create and implement a long-term administrative strategy ensuring long term stability and sustainable operations within Nepal
Coordinate with all relevant members of the staff and members
Monitor and review all policies and systems regularly
Coordinate with the local implementing partners' accounting team to ensure all financial monthly reports are prepared and submitted in a timely fashion
Capable of filing government and Private quotations and tender on behalf of the office
Must own a two-wheeler and driving license.
