Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of their business operations.
• Provide business guidance by understanding the unique domain and operational nuances of each business, helping businesses grow and scale efficiently.
• Communicate business growth strategies in a formal, professional language that aligns with business goals and industry standards.
• Develop detailed Odoo implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Map customers' business processes into Odoo's standard functionality, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design, document, and test new solutions or enhance existing business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the implementation of Odoo systems, ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
• Manage implementation projects, improvements, or upgrades, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and objectives achieved.
• Provide ongoing support and training to customers, helping them fully leverage Odoo functionalities.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions, ensuring successful configuration and development of agreed-upon solutions.
• Deliver customized training sessions to enhance the client's understanding and use of Odoo software.
• Provide customers with functional assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operation.
• Collaborate closely with Odoo developers to execute specific business requirements, as well as supporting the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities.
• Assist in developing project plans and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Odoo-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, updates, and industry best practices.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ERP Industry.
• CA / ACCA Education Background is Highly Preferred or Bachelor's degree in any BIM / IT related discipline. 
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and configurations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills with an ability to assess complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
