Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Nurse for residential Care home and we are looking for a caring, passionate, smart and knowledgeable nurse to join our team. The nurse will be responsible for nursing care to patients and elderly people, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians during procedures, maintaining patient records, and promoting social well-being of the patient.

Key Responsibility:

Provide nursing care to the patient
Assist physicians during the patient visit
Maintain accurate patient records and other documentation
Must be able to educate patients and patients family members
