Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network System Support Specialist at TechnoPlanet Nepal in Kathmandu. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, system administration, networking, and network security on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Technical Support and System Administration skills
Networking and Network Systems expertise
Knowledge of Network Security
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with IT infrastructure and systems
Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
