Job Role:
The Network Manager is responsible for the promotion, expansion, optimization and effective operation of PSI/Nepal’s social franchise network. S/he is tasked with designing the mode of engagement with private sector (articulated in the franchise manual), determining the contractual/commercial approach to be taken, and supporting the PSI/Nepal regional offices and Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) in its implementation. Working in partnership with PSI/Nepal regional offices and LIPs, the Network Manager is also responsible to ensure the overall implementation of the franchise manual. This is a position with high field mobility with personal visits to each of the network member, as well as regular engagement with PSI/Nepal regional offices and LIPs on a regular basis.
