Job Role:

The Network Manager is responsible for the promotion, expansion, optimization and effective operation of PSI/Nepal’s social franchise network. S/he is tasked with designing the mode of engagement with private sector (articulated in the franchise manual), determining the contractual/commercial approach to be taken, and supporting the PSI/Nepal regional offices and Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) in its implementation. Working in partnership with PSI/Nepal regional offices and LIPs, the Network Manager is also responsible to ensure the overall implementation of the franchise manual. This is a position with high field mobility with personal visits to each of the network member, as well as regular engagement with PSI/Nepal regional offices and LIPs on a regular basis.

Experience and Qualification:

Master’s degree with specialization in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing service outlets, in health or FMCG products
Track record of designing and implementing sales/network marketing, preferably related to social franchising
Strong public relations, negotiation, customer service orientation and commercial acumen
Demonstrated ability to creatively monitor and manage third party vendors
Proven capacity and desire to travel at least 50% of the time throughout Nepal
Positive team spirit and outstanding track record of cross departmental coordination
Able to fluently speak and write in both English and Nepali
