• Network planning and designing (IP subnetting, Connection, Security, Redundancy planning)
• L2, L3 network equipment configuration
• Maintaining operation of IP networks and network equipment
• Identifying and troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
• Configuring and supporting security tools such as iptables, ACLs, etc.
• Monitoring network traffic
• Performing network system backups, recovery procedures and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in network administration
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack
• Advanced proficiency in administration on Cisco, Huawei, Juniper network equipment
• Advanced proficiency in network administration on Linux (Ubuntu, Centos)
• Experience with 802.1Q protocol (VLAN)
• Experience with iptables on Linux and ACLs on Cisco, Huawei, Juniper network equipment
• Experience with NAT technology
• Advanced proficiency in planning and configuration of redundancy networks (VRRP, STP, LACP)
