Job Responsibilities: 

• Should be able to do the assigned tasks and projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and apply patches or mitigating solutions.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to other teams and end-users.
• Assist in conducting red team/blue team exercises and internal security drills to assess organizational readiness.
• Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) for clients and partners.
• Verify compliance with bills of materials (BOM). 
• Analyze business requirements of clients and partners, increasing service potential, and business leads.
• Organize client/partner training events and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide remote and on-site support for partners and premium clients.
• Support visits during critical cases and on-demand requests.
• Research and implement improved operational management systems and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for IT and partner support functions.
• Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of documentation related to support processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Develop and update knowledge base articles and support resources.
• Maintain regular contact with the Fortinet team on new products.
• Should be able to look after the multi vendor product.
• Responsible for overseeing the Technical Department of the sister company as well.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential leads based on company goals, keep lead databases organized and up-to-date for easy access by the sales team, and regularly report on lead generation activities and results to management for strategic planning.

Educational Requirement:

• Must completed Bachelor’s Degree in computing or similar field.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 year experience in IT Industry

Technical Requirement:

Good knowledge/skill about Fortinet network security solution such as:

• LAN EDGE, WAN EDGE
• Basics knowledge on Authentication Servers: LDAP, RADIUS, Two Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Better understanding of Secure SD-WAN.
• Stupendous presentation skills
• R&D skills must be good.

Other Requirements:

• NSE 4 or CCNA certified are plus point.
• Additional Requirement: Must have valid 2-wheeler license
