Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Nepali Typist with strong grammar knowledge to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for typing a wide variety of documents in Nepali, including but not limited to lyrics transcriptions, agreements, and legal documents.

Job Responsibilities 

• Accurately type various types of documents, including Nepali lyrics by listening to audio songs, agreements, contracts, and other official documents.
• Ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting according to standard Nepali language usage.
• Assist in typing and formatting legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with knowledge of standard legal terminology.
• Review documents to ensure they are free from errors and meet required quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and integrity.
• Work closely with legal and other departments to ensure documents are typed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Required Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Previous experience in typing Nepali documents, legal documents, or any transcription-related work is a plus.

Skills: 

• Proficient in typing in Nepali (knowledge of Unicode Nepali typing is required).
• Knowledge of Nepali grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to listen to and transcribe audio content (e.g., songs, interviews) into written Nepali text.
• Understanding of legal terms and concepts is essential.
• Prior experience working in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
