Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nepali Teacher for Grades 4–6 who can effectively teach the Nepali language while instilling cultural awareness, moral values, and a deep appreciation for our traditions. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment that promotes language proficiency, creativity, and critical thinking among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Nepali language (Grades 4–6) in accordance with the school curriculum and academic standards.
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Nepali.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
Guide and mentor students in both academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership.
Participate in school events, cultural programs, meetings, and training sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Uphold the school’s mission of preserving cultural and traditional values.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Nepali, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (Grades 4–6 preferred).
Strong command of the Nepali language (spoken and written).
Sound knowledge of the school curriculum and language teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Strong classroom management skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
Strong commitment to values-based and culturally rooted education.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.

Salary: 30,000+ per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
