Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proficient Chinese Translator who can accurately translate spoken and written communication between Chinese and English/Nepali. The role will support operational, administrative, and guest-related communication needs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate written documents between Chinese, English, and/or Nepali
Provide real-time interpretation support during meetings, operations, and guest interactions
Assist in communication between management, staff, and Chinese-speaking clients/partners
Translate emails, reports, notices, and operational documents as required
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all translations
Support administrative and coordination tasks involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and operational information

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Language studies preferred)
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) – written and spoken
Good command of English (and Nepali is an advantage)
Prior experience in translation or interpretation is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with strong language skills may also apply
