Summary

The Nepal Data Manager provides analytical and operational support to the US team for client support. This position demands an in-depth understanding of US Healthcare data, including technical proficiency in relevant EDI formats and comprehensive knowledge of codes. Effective communication of complex technical issues is a crucial aspect of this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate client implementation, focusing on communicating and resolving client technical issues 
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, abstracting it into a standardized format 
• Apply analytical and product management skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 
• Capture and communicate business use cases to all team members for accuracy verification 
• Research tasks required for client implementation and client-reported issues 
• Coordinate with USDM and the team to provide analytical and technical support 
• Support USDM with approved immediate and urgent tasks 
• Analyze unknown files, coordinate their implementation, conduct layout checks on Implementation files, and approve or follow up as needed 
• Provide Support to Production to stop scrub/process issues 
• Perform additional related duties as necessary 

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent) 
• Over 5 years of experience in Healthcare Data, including EDI-related or subject matter-related roles 
• Ability to self-initiate work processes and work diligently to meet client expectations 
• Proficiency in SQL is essential 
• Familiarity with cloud-based processing is beneficial 
• Sound knowledge of Postgres/Redshift and expertise in working with parsing tools 
• Experience with scripting in Python is a plus 
• In-depth knowledge of Cedar Gate's Product Suite is a plus 
• Effective communication skills in English are required
