Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved
Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology to make informed decisions and improve processes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, and in a leadership role
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and objectives
