JOB PURPOSE
- Accelerate the growth strategy and driving performance in country market and Managing Sales team & Distributors, enabling sustainable growth across the country.
- Identification market potential and target setting and forecasting for the Country.
- Ownership and accountability for monitoring results, planning and prioritization of new product launches.
- Ensure quality of Sales by monitoring and maintaining prescribed norms.
- Hiring and build high performing team with cross-functional agility, innovative and customer centric mind-set.
- Ensure compliance of company and country compliance norms applicable
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Financial & Business results
- Execute plans to meet established sales goals and annual objectives monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Responsible to develop sales and promotional strategy that increases Aurolab’s market share.
- Prepare annual sales budget, sales plan, forecasts and & other plan of action for the country.
- Individual Responsible for business growth in 2-3 KEY accounts.
- Build & manage KOLs for Country
- ·Maintaining Customers list and sales data to do monthly/quarterly business analysis.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to strengthen the business portfolio, Implement strong system & process for bringing quality sales.
- Key performance indicator: Through the performance of Unit wise / Product wise - value achievement & growth achieved
2. Strategy/Market focus
- Identify, track and notify competitor market strategies and activities.
- Responsible for driving the marketing and promotional plans for surgical business with focus on key areas which are in line with market opportunity.
- Guide and monitoring sales team to execute demonstration on premium products and attend OT
- Conduct all necessary marketing activities like Ophthalmic Conferences, RTM/CME’s & Counselling program at Key accounts
- Key performance indicator: Through the performance of key product value achievement & growth achievement
3. Operational Excellence (People Capabilities and Management)
- Ensuring Recruitment, Coaching to retain talent. Develop talent pipeline for the country.
- Analyze & identify training & development needs of the sales force.
- Timely Monitoring team’s weekly & monthly reporting & guide on their tour plan/work plan
- Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Vigilance Representative
- Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team
- Key performance indicator:Implementation timely reporting, effectively maintaining operational & promotional expense, to keep outstanding from the distributor as per agreed norm. Coach , build & develop talent pipeline for superior performance.
4. Internal Interaction
- Day to day communication with own team and reporting manager
- Frequently interact with HO team and Dealer to ensure the product availability
- Conduct weekly call with team to get market feedback
5. External Interaction
- Doctors : To discuss new product possibilities and challenges that they may be facing with the existing products.
6. Technical / Functional Skills
- Basic knowledge on Ophthalmology (Eye anatomy & Cataract/Retina)

8. Educational Qualifications

9. Relevant and total years of Experience
