Job Description

  • Overall supervision of Sales Department, Dealer.
  • Achievement of given sales/ Collection target Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Motivate, guide, and train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. 
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Overall management of Sales of various products through Policy Bound Method.
  • Guide and train subordinates for effective performance.
