Fashion Paints is having its corporate office at Kathmandu, Chabahil is being managed by a well experienced team and is in operation since 2016.
We are a NS Certified company, manufacturing value for money products for our loyal customers, being served by our dealer network across the country.
We are looking for a sales enthusiast candidate to work with the company in the position of National Sales Manager, to be stationed at HO, Kathmandu. Compensation and perks has no bar for deserving candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for assigned regions.
  • Strengthen product coverage and ensure increased market penetration.
2. Sales Operations & Target Achievement

  • Design and implement sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams in respective regions.
3. Distributor & Dealer Network Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and optimize distributor performance.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order execution in coordination with supply chain teams.
  •  Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
5. Client & Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key dealer across country.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen partnerships and resolve challenges.
6. Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting

  • Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide timely reports and strategic insights to senior management.
7. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
8. Budgeting & Financial Compliance

  • Develop and oversee National sales budgets.
  • Ensure financial discipline and compliance with company standards.
9. Risk & Compliance Management

  •  Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines.
