Roles and responsibilities of this job

Objective

The broader objective of position of ‘National Manager’ is to understand the emerging market competition and prepare a practical business plan to deliver the KPI given by the board of the director. The specific objective includes:

Prepare a business plan and implement in a close consultation with BoD;
Establish the working relations with the universities, and colleges functioning across Nepal;
Enter into the MoUs with likeminded universities and training centers across the world; and
Lead an energetic and innovative team to provide quality services to the students.

Scope of Work

The position holder requires to deliver the key performance indicators that are included the performance agreement with BoD. Thus, we are looking for a young, dynamic, risk taking, skilled and forward looking individual to deliver the following key tasks:

Prepare a three year business plan of the RCE and get endorsement from the BoD;
Prepare the roster of the professionals from various filed;
Finalize the list of partner universities and colleges across the country;
Enter into the MoU with the international universities and colleges;
Manage people working at the head office;
Monitor the performance of provincial offices; and
Develop the innovative teaching learning environment

The candidate who are interested in the post of National Manager should have at least 1-3 years of working experience in educational consultancy,
