Roles and responsibilities of this job
Genius IB World School is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative MYP Design Teacher to teach Digital and Product Design. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching technology, design, or related subjects at the secondary level (experience with SEE grades is a plus).
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital tools, design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, CAD, or similar), and product prototyping.
Skills & Attributes:
We welcome educators who are passionate about design, innovation, and technology and who are eager to inspire young minds in a future-focused learning environment. Training and professional development opportunities will be provided for adapting to the IB MYP curriculum.
