Job Responsibilities:

Concept Development

• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts.
• Brainstorm and pitch design ideas for animation projects.

Design & Animation

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Design 2D and 3D assets for animation.
• Use typography, colors, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Implement motion tracking and compositing for live-action integration.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics.
• Work with green screens, rotoscoping, and keying techniques.
• Sync audio, music, and sound effects with animations.

Software Proficiency

• Work with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Use 3D software like Cinema 4D, 
• Utilize plugins and tools like Trapcode, Element 3D, and Mocha.

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams.
• Revise animations based on feedback.
• Ensure consistency with branding and style guidelines.

Optimization & Delivery

• Optimize graphics for various platforms (social media, TV, web).
• Export and deliver final files in required formats.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background 

• Intermediate level (+2)
• Diploma/Certification in Motion Graphics.
• Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are also considered in our company.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, (for 3D motion graphics).
• Knowledge of motion tracking, rotoscoping, keying, and compositing.
• Understanding of video editing, color grading, and sound syncing.
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Expressions in After Effects or basic coding in JavaScript for automation).

Creative & Design Skills

• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create compelling storyboards and style frames.
• Knowledge of character animation, kinetic typography, and UI animations.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and make quick revisions.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technology in motion graphics.

Experience & Portfolio

• 1-3 years of experience in motion graphics or animation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.
• Experience in advertising, social media content, explainer videos, music, or film production is a plus.
• Utilize plugins and tools like Trapcode, Element 3D, and Mocha.

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams.
