Graphic & Motion Designer – Join the Sajilo Team!

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in graphic and motion design (portfolio required).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong expertise in motion design and 2D animation (video editing experience preferred).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Creative & Soft Skills:

• Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visually engaging content.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content creation strategies.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals – Design social media posts, banners, logos, and marketing materials.
• Develop engaging motion graphics & animations – For videos, advertisements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with teams – Work closely with marketing & development teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects – Handle multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated – Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
