About the Role:

As a Motion and Graphics Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of impactful visual content, to ensure our brand messaging resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in creating impactful animations, motion design projects, and video edits.
• Craft eye-catching graphics for digital platforms (think social media, web) and print materials (like flyers and banners).
• Stay on top of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Team up with our marketing squad to bring to life concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Keep our design files, assets, and project documents organized.
• Assist other departments with creative projects whenever needed.

Qualifications:

• Showcase your skills with a strong portfolio of wide range of motion and graphics design projects.
• Proficiency in tools including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and more.
• Knowledge of AI tools like Leonardo AI, Mid Journey, and others to create innovative designs.
• Understand the ins and outs of marketing, to create effective designs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A sharp eye for detail, delivering designs that leave a lasting impact.
• At least 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Graphic Designing)
