Registered under social welfare number: 36714 Ananta Aasha Nepal. (Eternal Hope Nepal)
We are a six year old charity that works with Slum children and the poorest families in Nepal in areas where we provide education, medical, menstrual hygiene management and other services to our students and their families.
These are dalit caste, madeshi, and indigenous groups and those who are socially deprived in the community. We don't believe in discrimination and that all are equal under the eyes of God.
Aside from teaching (our main objective) we assist families with blankets in winter, schools with writing paper and backpacks, children with vitamins and health and dental camps.
We work to help students and families to become productive and self supporting members of society. Part of our teacher's work is to identify needs and report on those so that we can see what help can be given.
Only those who are comfortable working with people in this arena should apply.
