Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct age-appropriate and engaging learning activities for pre-primary students.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use creative and interactive teaching methods to encourage children’s participation and learning.
Support children in developing basic academic, social, emotional, and communication skills.
Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide appropriate guidance and support.
Maintain effective classroom management and positive discipline.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and other responsibilities as assigned by the school.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Prior experience in a Montessori or pre-primary setting will be an advantage.
Caring, patient, creative, and child-friendly personality.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their overall development.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
