Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, qualified, and experienced Lower Secondary Nepali Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Nepali language, effective classroom management skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting students in their overall academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Nepali lessons appropriate for lower secondary-level students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Maintain effective classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage students to develop strong Nepali language, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Support students in their overall academic, social, and personal development.
Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school management.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and other academic responsibilities as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nepali Education or a relevant subject.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the lower secondary level.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Good command of the Nepali language and teaching methodologies.
Passionate, responsible, and committed to students’ learning and overall development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional school environment.
