Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, M&E or related Social Science

• At least 3 years experience in health / nutrition & food security / livelihood related programs
  
• Experience conducting data quality assessments an advantage
  

Skills: 

• Experience in M&E systems, Database & data management
  
• Relevant experience in research & survey & data analysis management
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to regularly travel to rural areas

Job Description:

• Monitor & evaluate the effective of program components & adjust to increase effectiveness
  
• Review monitoring checklists of program activities
  
• Support program and M&E team for evaluation management during periodic evaluation of project interventions at field level
  
• Develop regular trend analysis of complaints and share it with projects team as per protocols
  
• Carry out preliminary investigations and prepare preliminary and period reports
  
• Carry out follow up monitoring visit using the monitoring action plan tracker
  
• Any other task assigned by line manager
