Notice for Hiring Individual Expert

Rani Jamara Kulariya Irrigation Project, Tikapur, Kailali invites proposal from the interested domestic individual experts within 2078/07/07 12 Noon for the World Bank supported program. Terms of Reference (ToR) can be received through requesting in project email; [email protected]. 

• Selection will be based on with Least Cost Selection based method for Technical qualification and financial proposal. Expert should submit the technical qualification documents and financial proposal on two separated sealed and signed envelope. Both envelopes including following details must be placed on one single envelope which must be sealed and signed and submitted to project office;

A. Technical Qualification Documents

                 i. Signed Submission Letter

                 ii. Signed Curriculum Vitae 

B. Financial Proposal

                i. Signed Financial Proposal Submission Letter

               ii. Filled Bill of Quantities (as per TOR) 

• Selection will be assessed based on followings Technical Qualification Evaluation criteria basis

      C. Capacity                                                                                                                               10     

• RJKIP reserves right to accept or reject any or all applications, cancel the entire proceedings without giving any reasons, whatsoever. 
• Only shortlisted candidate will be requested to attend the financial proposal-opening meeting.
