• Prepare and design M & E plan of the organization including projects and implement them.
• Organize Periodic planning and review meetings on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis
• Prepare organizational periodic plans and reports (quarterly, half yearly and annual)
• Track periodic plans and reports and reflect to the concerned team and management
• Implement Accountability mechanism and document learning of the project
• Lead / support while investigating complaints / suggestions / feedbacks as per accountability mechanism.
• Quality Monitoring Field visits of the project intervention
• Ensure and Update Project Action Plan Tracker 
• Generate M & E report
• Coordinate/Lead/Support in initiating and conducting research initiatives
• Conduct baseline survey for all the projects in coordination with the concerned program team and field staffs.
• Coordinate for the midline and end line survey of the projects
• Coordinate for the project evaluation (mid - term and final).
