- Taplejung (1) - overseeing Taplejung projects;
- Khotang (1) - overseeing Solukhumbu and Khotang projects, with regular field visits
Project Area: Taplejung, Solukhumbu and Khotang
Type of Job: Full time with frequent field visits
Reports to: MEAL Manager/ District Project Manager

Position overview:
AF Nepal is seeking two qualified and experienced MEAL Associates to support and strengthen project- specific MEAL systems. The MEAL Associates will contribute to results-based monitoring, data collection and management, data quality assurance, analysis, reporting, accountability, learning, and evidence generation across AF Nepal’s projects. They will work closely with project teams to ensure quality data and evidence are systematically generated, documented, and used to inform decision-making, program improvement, accountability, and organizational learning.
