The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for formulating an M&E framework/plan, coordinating, managing, and implementing M&E activities in the Project Cell (Water/School/Medical camp). S/he will be responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive database system to effectively handle all project data and reporting requirements. This includes developing data collection tools, building the capacity of project staff on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, and overseeing their implementation. The role requires timely and periodic monitoring and evaluation of project performance against established targets. Additionally, the position holder will conduct internal reviews, evaluations, and prepare lessons learned documents for dissemination. Additionally, s/he will also coordinate and liaise with the WASH sector and Government of Nepal line ministries to enhance stakeholder collaboration and ensure alignment across efforts.
