Job Description

  • Implement and execute marketing activities in accordance with modern trade marketing strategies
  • Achieve assigned sell-out targets within designated accounts
  • Develop sales targets and detailed sales plans for each modern trade customer in line with the company’s sales and distribution strategy
  • Support the planning of modern trade sales and merchandising activities by brand and by customer
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, products, and customer segments within the modern trade channel
  • Monitor sell-out performance by customer, brand, and sales personnel; analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose timely actions
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven sales strategies
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with modern trade partners
  • Track and manage customer credit, payment status, and account performance
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key modern trade customers to ensure long-term business growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
