Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our mobile/smartphone shop. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell smartphones, mobile accessories, and related products to walk-in and phone-in customers
Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and in-store visits, ensuring timely follow-ups
Explain smartphone features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget
Build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships
Stay updated with the latest smartphone models, trends, and technologies
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance
Support basic store operations, including product display and stock coordination
Assist in social media or digital sales initiatives, if required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in a mobile or smartphone retail shop (preferred)
Strong knowledge of latest smartphones, operating systems (Android/iOS), features, and accessories
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
Proven ability to convert walk-in inquiries and phone calls into sales
Confident, sales-driven, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination
Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and cash handling is an advantage
Willingness to learn new products and adapt to fast-changing technology
