Scope of work

The role entails managing sales data and reporting, which includes identifying, collecting, and organizing information to ensure accuracy and easy access. Key responsibilities involve analyzing trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights, maintaining sales dashboards, and generating regular reports for senior management. Additionally, the role supports the sales team in tracking targets and pipeline development, while also creating training materials and offering sessions on using the MIS system effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master's degree in business administration or a similar field. 
• Background in Sales MIS or a related field having a minimum of 3 years of proven experience. 
• Understanding the business operation.

Role Description

• Identify, Collect, organize and maintain sales data to ensure accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes. 
• Analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights for management.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management. 
• Work closely with the sales department to provide support in tracking sales targets, opportunities and pipeline development. 
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions to sales teams on the use of the MIS system.
