MIS and Claim Documentation Officer

Department: Sales Support / MIS

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting Duties:

• Prepare and manage daily and periodic sales reports (DSR, Orders, Collections, Sales Plan).
• Prepare RD-wise / Team Leader-wise budget bifurcation.
• Maintain RD agreements and update records as needed.
• Create and revise cost cards and pricing sheets.
• Track team-wise and primary Target vs. Achievement.
• Provide sales and stock data by RD, SD, and brand.
• Submit monthly sales data to RPC (in English calendar).
• Maintain YOY data for both Primary and Secondary sales.
• Prepare industry overview reports and lifting plans.
• Generate confirmed sales plans and new brand tracking reports.
• Support monthly meeting performance analysis.

Claim Documentation Duties:

• Collect and verify supporting documents related to the claim documents.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for timely and accurate claim submission.
• Maintain records and ensure timely forwarding of verified claims to the Finance team.
• Follow up with vendors, SRs, and internal teams for pending claims.
• Assist with the reconciliation of vendor claims and maintain documentation for audits.
• Maintain accurate claim databases and physical files.
