Position Overview

We are seeking a socially adept Frontend Developer who can thrive in our dynamic team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects while contributing to our inclusive company culture and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and modern frontend technologies
• Integrate and optimize RESTful API implementations
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for projects and codebase
• Actively participate in team activities and social events
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Present work progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Manage development environments and deployment processes
• Participate in client communications, including international clients across different time zones

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3+ years of frontend development experience (does not have to be a full time job experience, just relatable experience)
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript
• Expert knowledge of Tailwind CSS
• Experience with RESTful API integration and implementation
• Proven track record of writing technical documentation
• Working knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with different deployment environments (development, staging, production)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve environment-specific issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Self-organization skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

Competitive compensation structure:

• Probation period: NRs. 20,000-25,000 per month (gross)
• Post-probation: Performance-based salary revision up to 100% increase
• 5-day work week
